Help Yourself Friday Purchase Cooperative

Help Yourself is a weekly food purchase cooperative for those in our communities on fixed incomes and limited resources. Held on most Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

NOTE: Beginning Friday, January 6, 2017, Help Yourself Co-op’s hours will be changing to 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

The co-op program allows clients to purchase 8 pounds of fresh meats, 5 pounds of produce and 5 pounds of dry goods for $20. As available, Help Yourself clients can also make selections from a variety of complimentary items like breads and pastries, dairy and deli products. The program offers a great opportunity for anyone who’d like to make the most of their food budgets; weekly or monthly. There are no qualifying requirements or limits so it open to the public.

Help Yourself is held every Friday, except on major holidays, from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm at our Javelina Volunteer Annex  at 358 East Javelina, Mesa, AZ.
